Chalk the Walk Bookfest 2026

Hello artists! Bookfest is right around the corner.  Along with it is our “Chalk the Walk” art competition. If you have students or fellow artists you think would like to participate, please have them register below! ALL ages are welcome!

We invite you to participate as an artist for Chalk the Block event at the Great Valley Bookfest on
Saturday, October 10th, 2026 10:00am-4:00pm. Artists will select a book that inspires them, and recreate the book cover art using sidewalk chalk. All supplies are included, and it is free to participate! 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes will be awarded at the end of the event.
